Disable sentinel one
I found the issue. It has something to do with "Volume Shadow Copy Service".
Here is what you should do in case you face similar issues.
Run fltmc filters and fltmc instances.
Try to uninstall all the Software using filters in this list.
Also stop and disable the "Volume Shadow Copy" service in services.msc.
It should do the job.
